Tässä tyräkirurgian koulutuksessa keskitytään erityisesti perustekniikoiden hallintaan ja ajankohtaisiin kysymyksiin parhaan korjausmenetelmän valinnasta ja toipumisajan ohjeista leikkausdemonstraatioiden ja luentojen avulla. Vierailevina luennoitsijoina ovat mm. Prof Kallinowski ja Dr van Wingerden, joilla on tutkimukseen perustuvaa näyttöä tyräverkon koon valinnan perusteista ja vatsaontelon sisäisen paineen vaikutuksista mm postoperatiivisiin ohjeisiin.

- TEP (lap) and TAPP (robotic) in inguinal hernias
- Open hernia repair in local anaesthesia
Presentations and discussions during the day:
- 10 golden rules in mini-invasive inguinal hernia repair
- Normal convalescence and complications after inguinal hernia surgery
- How to avoid/treat inguinal pain
- Patient insurance center cases / A. Mattila
Lunch and afternoon coffee in between the operations/presentations
Conclusion of the day at 15.30-16.00.
